Main Theme: The Impact of a Volatile Geopilitical Environment on Risk Management

A current topic impacting our daily work! The Geopolitical Environment creates uncertainty, drives market shifts, and can lead to challenges such as supply chain disruptions,  cyber attacks and regulatory changes. Risk Management has to deal with these risks.

We have created an exciting interactive agenda, see details below. The event will be a hybrid of English and Dutch languages, to allow participants to have open and productive discussions.

We plan to cover:

• The Geopolitical Environment impacting Risk Management: The geopilitical environment is the source of specific risks, while Risk Management is the discipline for dealing with them! 
• Risk Manament in Practice: How does ABN AMRO Clearing Bank deal with the volatile geopolitcal environment?
• The transition to circular economy and sustainable future on a global scale: Connecting all parties in circular value chains and fostering global collaboration!
• Networking: drinks and snacks to connect!

• Monday 22 September 15.00 till 18.30 (NL time). The program itself starts at 15:30.
• Venue: ABN AMRO Head Office, Gustav Mahlerlaan 10,  Amsterdam

Price and further instructions

• You can sign up for the event via DABOR website (link below) latest by Thusday 18 September 17:00. Registrations after this date may not be possible due to logistical reasons. 
• There is a limited number of seats due to venue capacity – your registration does not constitute a confirmed spot. Timely before the event, the registered participants will receive an e-mail confirmation about their confirmed spot. The sooner your register, the higher chance you can join!  
• We encourage you to come by public transport, the venue is walking distance from Amsterdam Zuid station. If you wish you arrive by car, please use public parking. 
• Joining DABOR events is free of charge for people who are connected with DABOR as an individual participant or join on behalf of a corporate participant, since both pay annual contributions.
• For all others, joining an event one-off is of course possible. The costs are EUR 150. If this cost is applicable to you we will contact you about the payment shortly, but encourage you to consider joining DABOR as a regular participant with annual contribution – you will get access to much more!
