From enhancing risk assessments to transforming decision-making, the opportunities are significant, but so are the uncertainties. Should we accelerate AI adoption to stay competitive, or proceed more cautiously to avoid getting out of control?

In this interactive DABOR event, we invite you to explore this dilemma in a hands-on and engaging way. Through a series of gamified sessions, we will bring together second-line risk professionals to experience how AI is already influencing risk management practices today.

We will explore the following themes:

AI in Real-World Risk Management: Move beyond theory and explore how AI can be applied in day-to-day risk activities such as third-party risk management, incident response, and risk assessments. The emphasis will be on practical use cases and real-life challenges faced by organisations.

Navigating Uncertainty: Speed vs. Control: Examine the tension between innovation and risk. What are the implications of adopting AI too slowly, or too quickly? This theme will challenge participants to think critically about governance, oversight, and decision-making in an AI-driven environment.

Learning by Doing: Interactive & Collaborative Exploration:Participants will take part in dynamic, team-based exercises designed to simulate realistic risk scenarios. These sessions aim to stimulate discussion, encourage experimentation, and provide new perspectives on how AI can support (and challenge) existing risk management practices.

Our goal is that participants will leave with fresh insights into how AI can be applied within their organizations, a better understanding of the associated risks, and inspiration to take the next steps in their own AI journey. And of course we will finish with Drinks & Networking!

The event will be held in English.

Time and Location

Tuesday 16 June, doors open 14.30 (NL time).
